New Canadian Drain & Plumbing

I found New Canadian Drain and Plumbing after searching on line for a plumbing company that could fix the drain problem that I was having. It was a Sunday and their plumber came out for no additional cost. He managed to clear my drain and cleaned up the work area when he was done. My experience with this company was exceptional; to be able to accomodate my request for weekend service for no extra cost, the plumber was polite, efficient and knowledgable and my drain is working properly now. I would highly recommend this company.

I just want to say thanks for the great service, from my call to Anna to the work that was done by Iman Rahimi. I try to figure out repairs on my own, but sometimes you need the pros. Loved the friendly and professional service from the first call, right to completion. Appreciated that you kept me updated with timelines.

Home from a vacation - laundry, showers, life re-starts. Seemed our drain line had other ideas and we were on the phone at 8pm, Labour Day Monday. First to the City. They came out pretty quick in fact but declined to help. (Their tree sits 10 ft away and we've seen this before, but the City needed a clear determination before they'd do a thing.... OK, fine, but credit to the fellow for coming out quickly on a holiday). So, the next call was to New Canadian - the one with the kid on the trucks!!By this time, it's 10pm. Tech (Jocelyn) was here within in the hour and we were back in business an hour later. Above and beyond the call I should add. A real pro who figured out the problem quickly, but solving it required a couple of snakes - one inside the house at the stack - then a look-see with the camera. Sure enough, the fix we needed, but just temporary. We'll hopefully be having New Canadian back to do the full job as soon as we can. Clean, tidy, polite, took the money and very well-earned it was. Let you know how Part II goes...! 

We purchased new home and needed drain inspection to know the condition of our drainage system. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing had a great price, was available to our convenient time. Jocelyn provided us with very informative and professional service. We will definitely use them as our plumbing company in the future and we will recommend them to our friends

I had a drain back up in my basement. Called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they had one of their technicians at my place within 20 minutes. He explained what needed to be done and, with my approval, he and his crew began working on my drains right away. By that evening, my drain was fixed and working like new. The crew worked extremely hard throughout the day and I have to thank them for cleaning up when they were finished. NewCanadian Drain and Plumbing is the best plumbing company that I have ever used, from their staff to their prices, and I will use them for life. If you have never tried this company before, I highly recommend that you do. Great Job
